Delivery - We ship world wide!
Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop.
Products will be posted normally within a week of the order, delivery within Sweden normally takes 3–5 working days. International orders may take a little longer.
All our prints are packaged carefully and distributed in a paper tube.
Please remember; the colour you see on your computer screen may differ from what is printed.
Please treat the print nicely with clean hands.

Payments
Payment is made to Isabella Witte´s business bank account.
If you do not pick up your package
You will always get a reminder if your package is not collected by your local postoffice.
If you do not pick up your package in due time, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
To cover our costs for the non-collected goods, you will be charged for the delivery costs.
Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send an email to info@isabellawitte.com if you wish to return a product. You can only return unused products in its original packaging. This should be done within 30 days of purchase.
Any damage must be reported to info@isabellawitte.com within 7 days after the package has been delivered.
The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Frame your art
Frame and decorations are not included. The prints fits standard frames.
